Rick Griffith has been involved in real estate development for nearly 30 years. A graduate of Cathedral Preparatory School and Gannon University in Erie, Rick sensed an opportunity in 1995 when Zurn Industries announced it was closing its corporate offices in Erie. By purchasing Zurn’s vacated industrial space, Rick Griffith Properties took a major step toward becoming one of the region’s leaders in industrial and warehouse leasing. In recent years, Rick has added significant retail and office space to his inventory.In addition to Rick Griffith Properties, Rick’s business holdings including Griffith Electric, and TTI Plastics as well as three career training schools, Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy, Great Lakes Medical Careers and Erie Institute of Technology.
